Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on cakelu.in, operated by Mango Bakers under the brand Cakelu.

1. Where we deliver

We ship to addresses across India through our courier partner, Delhivery. If Delhivery does not serve your pincode, checkout will tell you and we cannot accept the order. We do not currently ship outside India.

2. Processing time

Our cakes are baked in small batches. Orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] working days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during busy festival periods may take longer.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout once you enter your pincode. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, courier delays, local restrictions and festival-season volumes can cause delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. [Shipping is free on orders of ₹[999] or more.]

5. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can follow your parcel with it until it is delivered.

6. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries

• Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct, and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
• Delhivery will attempt delivery and may contact you by phone. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or no one being available, the parcel may be returned to us. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens next.

7. Receiving your order

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box looks damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Gifts

You can ship an order to someone else by entering their address at checkout. Please make sure the recipient can receive the parcel on the delivery date.
